The Way of the Yari Walkthrough | Ghost of Yotei

To defeat Saito, Atsu needs the teachings of a master of the yari. She searches for him in Modaiwa Island. This is a prerequisite of the other Sensei Tales The Path of the Yari and The Yari's Fury. Completing the trio of Tales will result in the Way of the Yari trophy.

1 Head over to Modaiwa Island.

2 Climb up the hill and examine the spear sticking out of the ground.

3 Walk on the path and examine the yari with a blue flag.

4 Fight the Yari Master until he has half of his health. A cutscene will start.

5 Pick up the nearby spear (Yari).

6 Follow the Yari Master.

7 Spear fish using the yari.

8 Make a Sumi-e painting.

9 Catch 3 fish with your spear.

10 Train with the Yari Master and learn the Typhoon Kick.

11 Defeat the Oni Raiders to test out your new skill.

12 Talk to the Yari Master. You will receive a better Yari than the one you picked up.
