The Undying Samurai Walkthrough | Ghost of Yotei

Atsu hears stories about a samurai who cannot die, so she searches for the storyteller to know more.

1 To begin, find the storyteller in the fittingly named Storyteller's Rest. Talk to him

2 You now need to find four wind chimes. You can see them by the light blue cloth attached to them. When you find one, you need to find where the wind is the strongest. The wind is at the strongest when the ringing is at its fastest and the blue cloth swirls very fast.

3 You will find the first chime in front of you once the cutscene ends. Kill the bear.

4 The second chime is at the top of Stone Jaw Coast, on the cliffs. There's a body attached to the chime, so you have to use your grappling hook to bring him down. Climb down the cliff to claim the wind chime.

5 Head south to Rumoi River. There will be a ronin near the tree with the chime. Kill him to get the chime.

6 The final chime is easy to get, head a little bit north of the Nakagoya Spring. You will see the chime on a rock with a bent tree.

7 Now that you have the four chimes, it's time to find the Undying Samurai. The chimes will lead you to an outcrop northwest of Ishikari Plain. Head to the cliffs and climb down to a rock path that will lead you to a cave.

8 Place the wind chimes on the wooden posts, a cutscene will start.

9 Fight the Undying Samurai. When you defeat him, his armor will be your prize.
