This killer paints themselves in blue and doesn't care who their victims are. Atsu puts a stop to their tyranny.

Blue Yamauba Walkthrough
1 Obtain the Blue Yamauba bounty from the Ishikari Market bounty board
2 Head to Ishikari Fork and you will find a settler being attacked. Kill the offenders.
3 Talk to the settler, they will give you the Blue Yamauba Drawing.
4 Head to Oni's Breath Inn. There is a mask merchant outside of the inn; go talk to them. You will automatically give them the drawing during the conversation.
5 Head to the Blackened Homestead .
6 Kill the enemies you encounter there.
7 Enter the building and examine the 3 objects inside. This will not be possible earlier on if you did not obtain the drawing or talk to the mask merchant.
8 The target will reveal herself afterwards and fight you along with her allies. Kill them all.
9 Obtain the Blue Yamauba Mask.
