1 Take the Houndmaster Toyotaro bounty from Red Crane Inn bounty board.
OR
Find the bounty south of Teshio River.
2 Go towards Contested Farm from the inn. The bounty will be found on a snowy field with cages.
3 Kill Toyotaro.
