The Cable Guy Objectives
1 Find a way to restore power.
・Head to the Residential Relay Substation.
・To reset the system, you'll need to connect the cable to the master socket. First, climb the post to get the cable, then open the locked trap door.
2 Talk to Pietro at Town Hall.
・Pietro will hand over the Remote Trap Controller and tell you about a water supply problem you might be able to help with.
