Stay Human Walkthrough - Dying Light The Beast

Talk to Liam and Jamie.

Sven mentioned that the Polster brothers could use my help.

The two brothers, Jamie and Liam, needs help. Liam is sick and in bad shape.

1 Get to the abandoned pharmacy.

・Jamie asks for your help. His brother, Liam, is in pretty bad shape and needs an immunodeficiency drug called Doravine.

・The Pharmacy Dark Zone is located in the Villa Area. Once you get there you can inspect the Pharmacist Beaver Collectible next to the entrance.

2 Look for a Doravine inside the pharmacy.

・Sadly, you guys were too late. The fridge is empty, and somebody already scooped up the meds.

3 Leave the pharmacy.

・Liam will have a favor to ask you. Jamie's birthday is coming up, and he wants to give his brother something. Well, three things.

4 Get to the apparel store.

・Head to the Vanity Store Dark Zone for this Quest Objective.

5 Look for the band T-shirt inside the store.

・Liam requested a Bloodsucking Bunnies T-shirt. You can find the Rock Band T-Shirt in a fitting room.

6 Leave the apparel store.

7 Get to the mountain resort.

・Time to look for the second gift! This Mountain Resort is near the Mountain Shelter Tower Safe Spot.

・You can also get another Backpacker Beaver Collectible in this area!

8 Clear the area of raiders.

・Looks like the resort has been occupied by someone else. Defeat them first!

9 Find the wine cellar and collect two wine bottles.

・Go to the lowest floor and climb through a vent to reach this hidden room.

・Liam tells you to get two bottles of wine. One of them is for you!

・Grab the Wild Steppe Wine and head to the attic.

10 Find a photo of Liam and Jamie's family in the attic.

・The attic is locked. You need to find another way in.

・Go inside the bathroom, enter through the vent, and climb up using the pipes.

・Once you reach the attic, you can only get Liam's Drawing as a substitute for a family photo.

・Liam asks you to see the view in the balcony before heading out. You decide to drink your wine there.

11 Meet Liam at the farm.

・When you're good to go, meet Liam at the Abandoned Base.

12 Find Liam.

・Read Liam's Letter for his final request. He wants you to end his life for him as he slowly turns into a monster.

・Go inside the hut where the letter was posted. You'll see "Liam" there, but he's no longer human.

・Respect Liam's final wish and kill him.

13 Talk to Jamie back in the cave.

・To end this sad Side Quest, return to the Exile's Cave and console Jamie by giving him his late brother's gift. He tells you his birthday was actually not coming up, and Liam was able to execute his clever tricks up until the end.
