How to Get Vampire's Fang
Vampire's Fang is found in the topmost part of the Serpent's Lair in the Holy Innocents' Cemetery.
Fall down through the center of the fountain in the Fountain of the Innocents to find the chest.
Gaining access to the chest
To gain access to the chest, Rose needs to destroy five Haunted Coffins scattered in different areas of the Holy Innocents' Cemetery. There is one in each of the following sections:

To destroy a Haunted Coffin, kill the enemies spiritually tethered to it before dealing damage to the coffin itself.
