Holy Innocents' Cemetery Walkthrough (Chapter 4)
[1] Reach the Serpent's Lair.
Now that you have Holy Light, you can now access the Roman Baths by going down through the chaos blocks.
Continue through the Roman Aqueduct and Roman Baths. Use the Arcane Whip to cross gaps and avoid the moving saw blades.
Before entering the Serpent's Lair, activate the nearby Mirror of Life to restore Rose's health and save your progress.
[2] Defeat Medusa.
Enter the Serpent's Lair to face Medusa. Turn away when she prepares her petrifying gaze, and use the nearby boulders as cover when she fires her powerful beam. Attack whenever she leaves herself vulnerable.
Defeating Medusa rewards Rose with The Prophetess's Key and the Petrifying Gaze Arcana.
[3] Return to the Gate to the Catacombs.
After defeating Medusa, return to Paris and head back to the Gate to the Catacombs. With The Prophetess's Key, Rose can complete the requirements for opening the gate alongside the keys obtained from the previous guardians. Proceed through the gate to continue the story.
