How to Get Fleuret and Tower Shield
Fleuret and Tower Shield can be found in the Library.
[1] Solve the planetarium puzzle.
Solving the puzzle lets you generate a greater jump orb.
[2] Follow the path.
Jump according to the path and claim the weapon in the chest.
Recommended Relics
[1] Forsaken Ring
 Forsaken Ring | Rose deals an additional 25% damage while at 100% of her maximum health. |
Since the weapon enables you to block against enemies, it is more likely for you to remain at 100% health, and thus, triggering the effect of the relic.
[2] Ebony Claw
 Ebony Claw | Breaking an enemy's guard stuns them for 50% longer. |
Blocking attacks mean that you will have more time to attack enemies without worrying about getting damaged. This lets you get in more hits, breaking the foe's guard. Stunning them also delays their attacks, helping you keep your health at 100%.
[3] Witch's Knot
 Witch's Knot | Healing potions restore 100% of Rose's health. |
This can be used in tandem with the Forsaken Ring so that when you do reach lower health, you can instantly be brought back to 100% and continue with the attack buff.
[4] Dark Sigil
 Dark Sigil | Rose's defense is increased by 80% as long as she has 100% of her max health. |
In addition to blocking off enemies, you also get increased defense as long as you keep your health at 100%. This synergizes well with both the Witch's Knot and the Forsaken Ring.
