How to Get Cestus
[1] Defeat The Fallen.
You need to defeat The Fallen first to get the Arcane Whip. You need the Arcane Whip to traverse and reach the hidden area.
[2] Go to the area to the right of the first Mirror.
After defeating the boss, go to Sewer Reservoir. You'll be able to return to this area using the Arcane Whip.
[3] Use your Arcane Whip to grab the ring at the top.
Use the Arcane Whip to fling yourself up, then go right. Stop at the middle of where the stairs are in the background.
[4] Use the Arcane Whip again and aim at the top.

Don't worry if it looks blocked. There is a ring to the right of the hidden tunnel. So, aim at the upper right.
[5] Take the chest and get ready to fight.
After getting the chest that contains the weapon, Cestus, you can equip. A group of mobs and a mini boss will appear. So, prepare yourself.
