Is There New Game Plus in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse
No, Castlevania: Belmont's Curse does not have New Game Plus, but you can resume your save after the credits on any ending and keep your progress.

There is an Unofficial New Game Plus Mod on PC
The mod is unofficial. It's recommended to back up your save file before you try it.
If you play on PC, a fan-made New Game Plus mod is available on Nexus Mods. It carries weapons and relics into a separate playthrough without copying story or world progress. It does not carry over Arcana upgrades, spells, or levels.
What Happens After the Credits
Select Resume from the main menu once the credits finish. You wake up at the Mirror of Life in the Master's Quarters, inside the Sanctuary of Solitude.
You keep your equipment and abilities, and the whole map stays open for exploring. The objective still tells you to find and defeat Dracula.
This works after every ending, so you don't need to start over to see the others.
Starting a Second Playthrough
A second run means starting a fresh save, and nothing carries over. This only matters for the Dialog Skipper trophy, which asks you to finish the game in under 4 hours. A full run takes much longer than that. Plan the speedrun for after you reach 100%.
