Well, that was a weird trip. Back to the mission! Before you head out, turn around to the end of the stream and you'll see theKerotanunder the log. If you have ammo, shoot it Otherwise, shoot it after meeting EVA. Take the path in the east and head towards the waterfall.

There will be enemies on the way. Sneak around them and take them out with whatever gear you have on you. When you reach the waterfall, check the rock wall on the left, there should be aGAKOfor you to collect. If you don't have any weapons, come back after meeting EVA to collect it like with the Kerotan. Dive into the pool of water in front of the waterfall to get theKabuki Face Paint. Swim back to shore and walk to the back of the waterfall to meet EVA and get your gear back.

After the cutscene, don't forget to claim the Kerotan at the beginning of this stage, the GAKO, Kabuki face paint in the water. If you have a Tsuchinoko in your inventory, you have to pick it up again, luckily you just have to hug the left wall when you're facing away from the waterfall and you will reach a small area, it will be crawling on the floor, make sure to use tranquilizer so that you can pick it up again, if you haven't yet. Walk down the corridor and pick up theMk22 suppressor, theM1911A1 suppressor, and other supplies along the way. When you reach the second alcove on the right, there should be a metal fence, and behind that fence is aGAKO. Shoot it and keep walking down the tunnel until you reach the metal door. Near the fence just after the door, there are more supplies includingCardboard Box B. Look around until you see a pipe that bends, there is aKerotanthere. Shoot it and then climb the ladder.

You are now in Groznyj Grad Northwest. Be careful, there are sleeping guard dogs and a searchlight. Across the tank that blocked your entrance is the door to Groznyj Grad Northeast, go there but be wary of the guard.

Once through, run across from where you entered. There is a guard that makes paces back and forth so be careful of him. At the bend, take out the guards and feel free to climb the tanks for some loot. You will see a door too, head in there.

Now at the weapons lab, sneak around to the second floor. You can either go in through the middle or go around the floor to the other side, either way there will be guards especially inside the rooms on the first floor. Take the stairs to the second floor and enter the office room.

There's a locker room on the other side. Open the second locker on the left side for theMaintenance Uniformand the fifth locker on the middle-left side for theSneaking Uniform. Open the other lockers too for some more loot. Go through the door on the top right of the room and enter the Main Wing.

Time to plant those C3's. There are fuel tanks on each side of the platforms of Shagohod and one fuel tank just north of those that are on the ground, but let's claim our collectibles first. First, head to the platform on the left of Shagohod. Between two control panels is aKerotan, so shoot it. Head to the center platform that has elevation. Search the rafters on the right side of the building, you should see theGAKO,shoot it and keep planting the C3's. EVA will call you once you place the second C3. After placing all four C3's, a cutscene will play and then you will be fighting Volgin.

Not only are you fighting a boss who can destroy your bullets in one go, and you are being timed by 5 minutes, but there's also a Kerotan and a GAKO to find! As soon as the fight starts, look to your right to find some metal grates on the wall. On top of it is theGAKOso take your shot. Next, turn around and look to the upper right corner. You will see aKerotannear the crates. Shoot it and continue with the boss fight.

Defeat Volgin by depleting his stamina. Once he is down, he will drop theCold War Camo.Pick it up before the cutscene starts.
