S is the highest tier, and D is the lowest.
If you can beat an S-rank boss, you can likely defeat them all.
Strategy
If you stay close to her, she won't have the opportunity to use her gun against you. Just be ready for her CQC attacks and deal damage with your weapons when you knock her down (unlike regular enemies, you need at least two CQC takedowns to achieve this so make sure you maximize your opportunities).
Quirky Strategy
There are three Snakes scattered in the area, find them and eat them whenever you need a heal.
Notes
When the cutscene starts after the fight, hold R1 to see a hidden scene of the Boss and the Sorrow's spirits.
