Strategy
Ocelot will hide in different spots and shoot Snake when Ocelot changes cover. You can also shoot the nest close to where Ocelot hides to draw him out of his cover.
Quirky Strategy
Climb the marked tree and shoot him, as this area allows you to see Ocelot even behind cover. This also means that you're pretty much exposed.
Notes
Turn around and run towards the back left to find a Kerotan.
