Walkthrough
After the cutscene you'll be immediately thrown in motorcycle chase, so get wild and shoot everyone that chases you. If you're worried that they may kill you, wear the "Cold War Camo".
Watch out! There's an oncoming ambush, also a Ga-ko in the headlight of a truck after getting past that, you'll go down the road a little farther then, you'll encounter a roadblock on your left side. There's a Kerotan in between of 2 barricades be quick and shoot it as it is highly missable!!
You'll be proceeding on the next area, grab your rpg-7 quickly as its much easier to hit the oncoming Kerotan. Look ahead and a little bit to the right side shoot within the rocks to hit the Kerotan. We're not done here yet so keep looking ahead and a little bit to the left, there will be a fallen tree with Ga-ko on it use M37 to shoot it.
Then just shoot the flying soldiers chasing you. There will be a time when Eva will say that a log is blocking your path so bring out your rpg-7 again to clear it.
After that you'll proceed to the next area, same with what you did on the area before there's another tricky Kerotan and Ga-ko again so bring out the rpg-7. Look ahead and a little bit to the left this time just as you pass a rock on your right, shoot the Kerotan on top of a rock with it. Then quickly look to the river on your right side, you'll see a rock with a Ga-ko on it. After that its just another motorcycle chase again and just go wild as you've already collected everything in this area right now.
The motorcycle will crash heal up yourself and Eva, make sure that you're all patched up. We'll have to escort Eva to safety, she'll copy everything what you are doing but you'll have to use the Action button to make her go forward. Grab every possible Food along the way as we need to Keep Eva full and happy.
Continue down the path to trigger the cutscene, to proceed to the area with caution status. There will be some guards that are chasing us, take them out before they see us.
After the cutscene go right and when you get to the wooden bridge, look down to the left to see a Kerotan and then look to the right for a Ga-Ko in this area. Keep taking out the guards and proceed forward until you reach a ledge. Just make sure that Eva is not hungry.
After dropping down the ledge, take down the guards immediately and go down the path. You'll see a brighter colored tree ahead, behind that is a Kerotan hiding so shoot it collect the frog then proceed forward. Collect food for Eva and shoot guards that you'll encounter until you see a ledge leading to the next area. But don't go yet, look to the hills on your left to see a hidden Ga-ko then proceed.
There's the last Ga-ko and Kerotan in the area of The Boss, look up to the trees to see both of it. Also a few snakes can be found here, its suggested to use the Thermal Goggles to look for them easier. Specifically Snake K (Snake Solidus), Snake I (Snake Liquid), Snake J (Snake Solid). All 3 of them are righ besides a fallen log.

It is recommended to defeat the boss in non-lethal way to collect the Snake Camo
Trophy: Charmer There's a couple of snakes in this area it is recommended to use thermal goggles to see them easier.
Trophy: It ain't easy being green Shoot the last frog that can be seen on top of a tree.
Ending Cutscene 1 There's a hidden cutscene after shooting The Boss, wait for the horse to get close and raise its head then hold the First Person button to see it.
Ending Cutscene 2 After the cutscene, you'll be in an airplane with ocelot and given a choice to pick a gun, choose the one on the right to keep the gun for another playthrough.
Ending Cutscene 3 - Trophy: The Cat's out of the Bag When Snake meets the president, wait for the moment the president says "You are a true Patriot." Use the First Person button then look left to see ocelot behind to get a trophy.
Ending Cutscene 4 - Trophy: Snake Eyes When your in front of a gravestone wait till Eva says "She was a true patriot." then press the First Person button again to see the last first person cutscenes.
