How to Get Order Up!
In the Kitchen of the Care Center, there will be a large zombie blocking the path. They will be holding a cleaver and are tankier than other zombies.
Order Up! Note
They are initially encountered by Grace and later on encountered by Leon if they weren't killed earlier.
