One of the Safes found in the Care Center.
Opening every Safe in the game unlocks the "No Safe is Safe" Trophy.
Examination Room Safe Guide
[1] Find the Examination Room Safe at the East Wing 1F of Rhodes Hill Care Center.
It is in southeast corner of the Examination Room, northeast of the East Wing Lobby.
[2] Progress the story and acquire the ID Wristband (Level 1).
The wristband is found at the East Wing 2F hallway, just above the Lead Researcher's Office.
[3] Find the Examination Room Safe Code.
After Chunk disappears, head further in the hallway and north of where the ID Wristband (Level 1) is.
There should be a fallen down locker with a note on it that contains the combination. The code is: Right 30, Left 10, and Right 50.
[4] Return to the Examination Room at the East Wing 1F and open the Safe.
