Opening every Safe in the game unlocks the "No Safe is Safe" Trophy.
Monitor Control Room Safe Guide
[1] Progress the Main Story.
Play the game until Grace arrives at the ARK and gains access to the Lobby.
[2] Find the Monitor Control Room Safe File.
Head to the lower floor of Bioweapon Repository 05 and locate a note on top of a container on the middle-right side of the room.
The code is: Left 50, Right 60, and Left 80.
[3] Open the Monitor Control Room Safe.
From the ARK Lobby, head southeast to find the Monitor Control Room.
Grace can find the Safe at the south counter of the room.
