Mr. Raccoon 1	Map: Care Center, Hallway Found on top of a fireplace near the staircase. The first memoriam is encountered by Leon after passing through the Rehabilitation Ward.
Mr. Raccoon 2	Map: Care Center, East Wing Lobby Next to a lamp on the Reception Desk. Discovered by Grace after swiping the keycard at the East Wing Card Reader.
Mr. Raccoon 3	Map: Care Center, Hallway After passing the Waiting Room, there's a statue on a small desk in the lounge beside the staircase.
Mr. Raccoon 4	Map: Care Center, Kitchenette Once Grace gets the ID Wristband (Level 1), she can unlock the Security Point near the Kitchen and climb to the second floor to reach this area.
Mr. Raccoon 5	Map: Care Center, Medication Room Located inside a locked cell in the Medication Room. Grace can open it using the ID Wristband (Level 3).
Mr. Raccoon 6	Map: Care Center, Records Room Leon can open the Warped Closet on the 2nd Floor.
Mr. Raccoon 7	Map: Care Center Basement, Workshop As Grace, insert the Joint Plug from the Holding Cells into the Power Distributor that leads to the Workshop.
Mr. Raccoon 8	Map: Care Center Basement, Bunkroom Insert the Joint Plug into another Power Distributor, which lets Grace access the Bunkroom.
Mr. Raccoon 9	Map: Care Center Courtyard, Private Lab While looking for the Helicopter Key, Grace can find this statue on a work desk.
Mr. Raccoon 10	Map: Care Center Courtyard, Rooftop While Leon is sniping the zombies to protect Grace, he can shoot a Mr. Raccoon statue on top of a nearby stone pillar.
Mr. Raccoon 11	Map: East Raccoon City, Cafe Oasis Before proceeding to The Applegate Hotel, Leon can enter the Cafe first to locate the item by the cabinet behind the bar.
Mr. Raccoon 12	Map: East Raccoon City, Central Camp From the Camp, snipe the Mr. Raccoon on top of a van at the highway.
Mr. Raccoon 13	Map: East Raccoon City, Underground Parking Garage Past the Logistic Warehouse, this is found on top of several shipping boxes.
Mr. Raccoon 14	Map: East Raccoon City, Main Street Check the ruined bus outside Cedarbrook Apartments.
Mr. Raccoon 15	Map: East Raccoon City, Crater Look down and find the statue inside a broken pipe.
Mr. Raccoon 16	Map: East Raccoon City, Gas Station Found on top of a shelf.
Mr. Raccoon 17	Map: East Raccoon City, Cedarbrook Apartments 4F A statue is tucked away on an old fridge at the far end of the corridor.

Mr. Raccoon 19	Map: East Raccoon City, Ridgewood Station Go inside the broken train car to find a statue.
Mr. Raccoon 20	Map: Raccoon City Center, RPD Street After Leon jumps off his motorcycle, inspect the pile of rubble next to the ruined vehicles at the end of the street.
Mr. Raccoon 21	Map: Raccoon City Center, RPD Operations Room Hidden behind several wooden planks.
Mr. Raccoon 22	Map: Raccoon City Center, RPD Library In the same room where Leon picks up the Mechanic Jack, he can find a Mr. Raccoon behind the books on the lowest shelf.
