RPD Briefcase Puzzle Guide
[1] Find the Briefcase.
Leon can find this item in the S.T.A.R.S Office backroom inside the leftmost locker.
[2] Enter the Office nearest to the Door.
[3] Open the Drawer of the Desk.
A Library Card is found inside the Drawer.
If the Library Card doesn't appear, shoot the Drawer a few times until it does.
The File says the title of the book needed for the solution: "Medical Benefits of Herbs". It was also recently borrowed by an A. Wesker.
[4] Return to the Library and head to the Second Floor.
Head to the left end of the second floor. The book is located on a shelf.
[5] Open the Book to find a Photograph.
Surprise! It's an old friend, Rebecca Chambers.

[6] Inspect the Photograph and turn it around.
The picture will have the words: Rising Rookie Rebecca. The combination of the briefcase is: RRR.
[7] Open the Briefcase.
Return to the the S.T.A.R.S Office backroom and enter the combination.
