Special Content
Completing the game once unlocks the Special Content Menu. Here, Completion Points (CP) gained throughout the game can be spent for items, weapons, and costumes for Leon and Grace.

Costumes
Costumes that can be worn by either Grace or Leon. Some can be obtained in the Special Content Menu or by clearing the game.

Useful Unlockables
Infinite Ammo (Guns) and Infinite Ammo (RPG-7) - For obvious reasons, these two can make Insanity runs feel like a walk in the park. For Infinite Ammo (RPG-7), you need to have the RPG-7 unlocked as well, so be ready to do some grinding if you want them. Note: Infinite Ammo (Guns) and Infinite Ammo (RPG-7) aren't necessary to beat Insanity difficulty but they definitely make it a lot easier.
Infinite Durability (Hatchets) - When playing is Leon, the parry is one of the strongest parts of his arsenal. Knowing your hatchet will never go dull in the heat of combat means you can bulldoze enemies easier.
Ghost Grudge - A great alternative to the Requiem after Leon loans it to Grace.
Mortal Edge - This makes parrying more forgiving, useful in Insanity runs when you don't have Infinite Durability yet. In Insanity, multiple enemies can surround Leon much faster and parrying their attacks is key to surviving.
