With Leon's motorcycle running out of gas, he continues toward the Raccoon City Center on foot. Struck by nostalgia upon entering the RPD, he moves forward to search for Grace.
Raccoon City Center (Leon) - Part 1 Walkthrough
[1] Search for Grace.
Keep walking until Leon reaches the entrance of the RPD.
Leon updates Sherry once he gets to the Main Hall. He secures a lead on Grace before proceeding deeper into the building.
[2] Head to the East Office.
| Step | How to Reach R.P.D. East Office |

| 1 | Exit the West Office and turn left to reach the Reception Area. |
| 2 | Shoot the rope on the Ladder to drop it, then climb up to access the Lounge and Library. |
| 3 | Continue to the Library to pick up the Mechanic Jack on the ground. |
| 4 | Return to the Main Hall and use the Mechanic Jack on the Shutter Gate with a "Keep Out" sign. |
| 5 | Follow the path after passing through the gate to reach the East Office. |
Leon approaches the door and quietly listens to the conversation between the mysterious man and Grace.
Following the cutscene, the story shifts to a flashback that starts the "Raccoon City Orphanage (Grace)" mission.
