Horror strikes Grace as the unresponsive Emily mutates into an abomination before her eyes. Leon arrives just in time to make an important decision.

Decide Emily's Fate.

Following the crisis at the Storage Bay during the "Water Treatment Plant (Grace)", Leon must decide in a split second whether to pull the trigger on the transformed Emily or hold his fire.

Regardless of the choice made by the player, Leon will take the shot at the end.

Consumed by guilt, Grace blames herself and returns the Requiem to Leon. She leaves the place alone and sees a man (familiar face for some players) waiting at the gate.

The cutscene wraps up the story for Water Treatment Plant and introduces the next mission "East Raccoon City (Leon)".
