Roulette Wheel Puzzle Solution Guide | Resident Evil Requiem (RE9)

The Roulette Wheel in the Rhodes Hill Care Center rewards you with one Antique Coin for winning on it.

[1] Head to the Parlor Room at the East Wing 1F of the Care Center.

[2] Find the Roulette Wheel inside the Parlor Room, just at the entrance.

[3] Before you interact with the Roulette Wheel, look at the table and shoot at one of the three color-number combinations: Black 29, Black 15, and Red 7. These three choices are where the ball will always fall.

[4] Interact with the Roulette Wheel until the ball falls to the color-number combination that you shot at the table. Keep in mind that you can only get 1 Antique Coin regardless of the choice you made and won with.
