Wave of the Future Walkthrough
Infiltrate the R&D facility
-
Follow Isola
Bond and Isola are infiltrating Webb Industry's Fabled R&D Facility in Antarctica. It's a location that has developed many advanced technologies, including THEIA. Isola knew it existed, just not where it was. It just goes to show how much Webb wants to keep his technology a secret.
Keep following Isola as she journeys through the cliffs.
-
Climb the Cliff
Isola will stop to let you climb a cliff that gives a view of the massive facility you're about to infiltrate.
-
Boost Isola
Follow Isola to a wall so she can be boosted up a cliff to infiltrate and jam the comms relay at the top.
-
Reach the Cable Car Section
Bond will have to keep moving and climbing along the edge of the cliffs. He's very lucky that he was punished with pull-ups.
However, there will be a section where climbing the ice will cause it to break off, leaving you unable to climb the cliff in front of you.
No need to worry, though. Look behind you to see a cave opening.
Be careful not to fall off the ledge of the cave. Jump across to the other side and climb up the next cliffs so you can access the outside of the cave.
Exiting the cave leads to a view of the station you're about to infiltrate. To enter, it's back to shimmying across cliffs. Jump down the platform and look to your left for a narrow opening to go through. From there, you can keep following the path through the ice. While climbing Bond will theorize that Isola is working for the CIA, but Isola says that's not even close.
-
Reach the Cable Car Section
Once you've climbed up the station's platforms, you'll encounter two guards. Isola will kill the one on the left, so take down the one on the right.
Go left, and you'll find 4 guards stationed around some stairs. Since there are no comms, you're free to take these 4 guards out in any way you can. A good option would be to stealth takedown at least 2 of them.
If you're unable to take them down, there are at least 2 more guards in the area. Take them down, and climb up the stairs and proceed to the next room.

This room will be an exhaust room full of pipes and fans. Climb up the stairs at the end to get to the second-floor gatehouse, and exit to reconvene with Isola.
Access the Cable Car
Isola will mention that in order to use the Cable Car, you'll need ID Cards. Luckily, since newcomers from London have just arrived, you can enter the facility and steal some IDs from there.
-
Obtain an ID bracelet for Isola
Start by entering the lobby to the left of the cable car. Before you enter, you'll hear calls for a "Nora St. Vincent to the HR Counter" being spoken by the P.A. This should clue you in to get to the HR Counter and eavesdrop on where Nora is located.
Nora Vincent's ID
Go back the way you came and head towards the room with the "Lounge" sign. There are two people trying to wake up Nora, who's fast asleep. Use the nearby charging station to distract them and snatch Nora's ID Bracelet before they look again.
-
Obtain an ID bracelet for Bond
Go to the other side of the lounge. You'll find an opportunity to eavesdrop on an HR Manager who's trying to solve an issue about an engineer who refuses to get to the cable car.
Engineer's ID
You can try to follow him to hack his phone, but you'll soon discover that they've added extra encryption to the phones. You'll have to steal it instead. The HR Manager will return to the desk, and you can obtain access to the phone by sneaking through the grass, behind the desk, setting the rubbish on fire, and stealing it while he's distracted. Alternatively, try stunning the HR Manager and bluffing through the other staff to get to him.
With the HR Manager's phone you'll be able to geolocate David Somerset through his ID. He's hiding in the bathroom. You can knock him out to obtain the ID, or alternatively, go to the Helipad, eavesdrop on a conversation, and convince Somerset to give his ID willingly.

Meet with Isola
Meet with Isola outside so you can tell her whose ID she's "borrowing".
-
Get on the cable car.
With your access secured, ride the cable car. Bond and Isola will discuss their contrasting goals, with Bond telling Isola not to make a move before his mission is secured. Isola asks if it's for England, but Bond simply tells her there will be no games.
Locate Hyperion
Exit the cable car and climb up the stairs to a new platform. A robot awaits you there.
-
Talk to the android
The Android, Wellington, will be surprisingly helpful in locating Nicholas Webb. He tells you directly he's at Operations, but also tells you that your ID only has access to Robotics. When he realizes you're not David Sommerset, he'll attempt to notify security, only for Isola to shoot him. Figures.
Locate the Command Center
Since Isola's ID gives her access to Nanomechanics, she suggests you two split up to double your chances. Bond agrees, and before you split up, Isola gives you the E.S.P attachment for your pistol, useful for knocking out people and frying electronics.
-
Go to Robotics
When you enter robotics, you'll find that the lift's keypad is broken. Fortunately, since the control panel is sensitive, you can shoot it with your E.S.P pistol. Now the lift will allow you to go up to Robotics.
Enter the room, and you'll be greeted by Ferguson. Thinking you are Sommerset, he wants you to test the "Wreckie" robot.
-
Pick up the controls
-
Move Wreckie
Move Wreckie in any direction.
-
Smash the Crates
There are 4 Crates for Wreckie to smash. Make sure to do so, as it's very fun! It won't even hurt you, as Wreckie's sensors will not smash anything with a heartbeat.
While Ferguson is getting something new for you to test, he asks what accusations are being levied towards Sir Nicholas. Bond says it's High Treason, Fraud, and Conspiracy to commit murder. Ferguson is shocked and says it must be a deepfake concocted by troll farms.
-
Shoot the Android
Now Ferguson wants you to test the durability of the Tabula Rasa, Webb Technology's general-purpose android. It can master anything through mimetic machine learning.
Keep shooting it until Bond is impressed. He muses that Law Enforcement must be lining up, but Ferguson unfortunately says it's not for sale.
-
Return Rifle
After this, Ferguson leaves you as he is busy, and you are free to explore the floor.

Get into Utility
Isola calls you to say that she's past Nanomechanics and has discovered Utility is connected to every floor. Now you've got to find a way to get there.
-
Learn more about the Research Tests
Talk to every station in the area, and test out the robots when you can. You'll soon find there are a few ways to get into utility.
The first is to heat up the kinetics platform to make the tester leave. You can then distract the kinetics instructor, walk up to the platform, and make the robot mimic you. Then walk towards the glass wall bordering utility and destroy it. Shoot the fusebox near the door to utility, and it will open the door.
A less destructive option would be to go to the weapon range, and open up the platform. The android carrying unstable chemicals can be shot at until it trips. This triggers a cleaning robot from utility to go down to the current floor. As it leaves, follow it in to Utility.
Whatever way you enter, you'll have to shoot another control panel with your E.S.P pistol, then pry open the elevator doors.
-
Reach Utility Floor
To get to the Utility Floor, you'll have to scale through pipes and handholds inside the elevator shafts. Keep going until you've reached a platform, and open the small openings with a fusebox.
In the ventilation shaft, interact with the fusebox to turn off the fan. Once it's turned off, you can pass through. There's a brief cutscene where Bond will look at the view. However, the fan will soon quickly turn back on, forcing Bond to grab onto the nearest handhold.
From there, keep moving through handholds and snow platforms. Eventually, you'll spot a balcony that you can climb on to. Isola will warn you that guards in Utility are a bit pushy, so you should be a bit careful.
-
Meet Up with Isola
As you reach the Balcony, take down the guards as silently as possible.
The entrance to Utility will still be closed. Shoot the control panel in order to open it up.
The next area is full of people you can takedown behind cover. Make use of your gadgets to make it easier for yourself. Right before the door out of Utility is a bunch of guards. One way to take out the remaining guards is to detonate the exploding barrel, and then take them out while they're distracted and disoriented.
Exit through the door to find Isola awaiting you.
Isola will be recognized by an employee, but fortunately Bond will be able to convince her that he and Isola are needed at Operaions. Still, this just shows that Isola can't be seen here. She was never invited here before. Damian wasn't either, but that was because he was a mental case that his father used to his advantage.
Access the Command Center
When entering Operations, you'll find out that Webb and Finch have arrived and that only they have the clearance to enter the Command Center. Isola's a recognized figure, so while she hangs back and pokes around the systems, Bond will have to do the heavy lifting to upgrade their security clearance.
-
Upgrade ID Bracelet
When you enter Operations, there will be a note pasted to the wall to the Archive room. Filch writes that the code to the archive is hidden in the office safe and must be changed every 24 hours. Now you know where to go for that.
There will be a few people around a table to eavesdrop. One of the asks why their Security ID stopped working, and Miriam says that you need to go to the Security station to upgrade.
-
Upgrade ID Bracelet at Security Office
Isola will call to mention that the upstairs rooms are connected by vents and could be a way to the security office. Bond notes that there is a vent in the room, but since the room is still filled, you can't go there.
One of the staff will have a key leading to an office. Disorient him and take it from him.
Enter the office to find a note that hints at what to enter on the Keypad. The answer to this puzzle is 1864. It can also be solved through some basic algebra. Alternatively, go down to the office downstairs, distract the employees, and look through the office safe to find the code.
Now enter the numbers into the Archive keypad to enter the room.
Now you can enter the vent here since no one is looking. Keep walking through the vent until you reach a dead end, and then enter the room there.
Inside are two guards with their backs to you. Take them down so you don't get caught.

Access a Terminal
Simply move to a Terminal and a cutscene will play. Isola is able to find records of Hyperion being used to plan a coup d'etat on the British Goverment to put Stephen Bright as the next PM.
But before Bond can go to try and acccess Hyperion's core, Finch arrives and puts him at gunpoint. He also sounds the alarm to make things harder for Bond. Finch thinks that Bond can't wiggle his way out of this, but Isola easily proves him wrong with a fire extinguisher to the head.
Isola and Bond separate again. Isola leaves to go up to Webb's penthouse, while Bond will take the Freight Lift down.
Reach HYPERION
With the alarm sounded, soldiers will begin to pour into the room. Take cover behind one of the many desks and get ready for the next battle.
-
Get to the freight lift
Take advantage of the environment by using the Utility Modules for cover and shooting at Gas Tanks. They'll try to flush you out of cover with grenades, so keep moving about.
-
Start the lift
Somehow, the keys are in the lock. What luck, but things aren't going to get any easier here. When Bond tries to contact Isola, a flashbang grenade is thrown at the lift, and 4 soldiers will jump to the lift to take him down.
Use your melee skills to take them all down.
-
Disable Brakes
The lift will eventually stop at a floor where two Webb Staff are being pressured by Finch into turning the androids into weapons. Once you're there, one will start to punch at the glass to break into the lift.
Go to a back corner of the lift to open up a break. Shoot it with your E.S.P pistol, then proceed to shoot the break on the other side. The lift will be sent crashing down to the 43rd floor.
-
Proceed towards HYPERION
Keep going to the entrance of Hyperion. You cannot yet access it however, as it needs the same override key as the lift.
-
Retrieve the override key
Just as you are about to obtain the key, the android upstairs finally gets through the glass door. It lands on the lift control panel, ready to fight you.
Do not even attempt to fight the android with your fists and guns, as it is entirely immune to them. Your E.S.P Pistol can briefly stun them, allowing you to damage the armor to break it off.
To defeat it, use gadgets such as the Missile Pen, or explosive barrels that can be found in the environment.
After defeating it, obtain the key to the blast doors.
-
Open the blast doors
Return to the control panel and open the blast doors. Since you landed at the 43rd floor, you'll have to find a way to get to Hyperion's fifteenth floor. 28 floors down. Oh no.

Follow the room, and turn left in order to reach anoter vent. As the P.A tells everyone who not performing critical functions to go back to their quarters, you'll have to scale through handholds and pipes again. You'll eventually reach another vent to go through, and you'll drop down to the floor.
-
Enter through the fan
You'll find yourself in a room with a big fan leading to lower levels. How can you get to it?
Well, you have Wreckie currently locked in a high dock behind you. As you release the docking mechanisms however, androids will break out of their cradles to fight you. Use Wreckie to take them down permenantly.
Before Wreckie can break through the fan however, you'll have to bring down some bollards. Squeeze through some bollards and enter the room.
-
Lower bollards
At the back, corners of the room are a few stairs leading to two computer panels. Activating one of them will cause more androids to awaken, so be extra careful getting to the other panel!
Use your E.S.P Pistol to stun the androids and give you time to open the bollards.
-
Destroy the fan
As you run from the androids, you can now use Wreckie to wreck them.
You can, however, just aim Wreckie at the fan and escape through there too.
-
Destroy generators
As you climb down the vent, you'll find a few generators you need to destroy to stop the centrifuge. Since you have Wreckie, it will seem easy.
But the platform you're on will begin to descend just as more androids awaken to fight you. Use Wreckie to destroy both them and the generators.
Destroying all generators will trigger an electrostatic discharge from the shields, disabling all remaining androids.
-
Enter the chamber
Drop down the chamber and enter through a tiny gap between the cables.
Keep going down this path.
You'll have to continue down this cable to get to the lift in the middle.
Jump on to the lift, then proceed down.
Leave the lift to a lower platform, and then find the fans. Shoot their control panels so you can drop to a lower floor.
Activate this panel to get to the middle, and then interact with it again to reach the other side. Shoot the panel under the middle platform to stop the electrical current below you.
Climb down the cables and go through two pillars so you can aim at another electric panel.
Go back to the middle platform, and you'll see Webb angry that Finch is disabling safety restrictions and orders his staff to contain the situation and to catch the intruder. Bond will try to warn Isola, but will hear nothing as she is offline.
Climb down the cables and jump to the platform across.
At the other end of the platform is a bunch of cables you can use as a zipline to the bottom.
Go back towards the central platform by climbing the nearby cable. Go around it and reach the other side to find another vent.
Keep following the vent. Bond muses that a second quantum computer was a threat no one saw coming, but now it all ends today. At the end of the vent, you'll land on a meeting table. Exit the room into a hallway.

A few more soldiers will come pouring out. Defeat them to gain access to the room containing the HYPERION lift.
Use the E.S.P Pistol to disable the elevator doors, letting you into the elevator shaft. Jump across one more platform, and climb down a pipe.
Jump to the collapsed elevator and pry open the Elevator doors. Go to the door in the middle to finally reach HYPERION.
Webb will blackmail Bond to not shoot him by telling him his heart monitoring device will release all his data on MI6 if he is killed. Bond is forced to drop his gun. Bond asks why he would even do any of this.
Webb says he is doing it for the future. Then a gunshot is fired.
And it's fired by Isola. Isola had always intended on betraying Bond, saying that her word means nothing, and that she was always lying. She only let Bond get this far because he was an excellent distraction. While Bond is trying to keep Webb alive, Webb implores Bond to stop Isola from giving HYPERION to "them".
Unfortunately, Bond's efforts to keep Webb alive fail. With Webb dead, Bond chases after Isola.
Stop Isola
The facility around them is collapsing. Isola has a big head start, but Bond is very motivated to stop her. Moneypenny is finally able to contact him again, and Bond tells her to call the cavalry. After exiting the silo, go right and then left. Chase Isola down the stairs and across the facility as everything around you begins to crumble.
-
Get in the boat
As you finally hit the bottom, Isola tries to escape in a boat. Get on your own boat and chase after her. Use the boat's cannon to slow her down so she can't escape.
Fire at nearby mines to stop her, and make sure to keep her in your sights so she can't escape.
Bond is able to catch up to Isola. And while he won't shoot Isola, he won't let her get away, and he destroys the HYPERION core.
Isola tries to taunt him, saying he's housebroken. But her escape plan is ruined when the submarine she tries to get to starts to submerge. British planes fly in, signalling the MI6 is here. Isola says that MI6 won't take him back and he'll rot in a jail cell, but Bond knows he did the right thing.
