In 007 First Light, James Bond has a variety of spy tools to help him in his missions, but not all at once. As the main campaign progresses, Bond gains access to more Gadgets in his toolkit and is allowed to carry more. However, by the end, Bond is only allowed to carry four gadgets with him in a mission. That seems restricting, but it is not too much of an issue.
While each tool has a special feature to them, First Light doesn't retrict the player to only use them for their special features. For example, the Dart Phone is designed to make guards sick, but it can also be used to destroy objects for distractions.
To know how an object interacts with something, or someone, open the Q-Lens! The Q-Lens shows what would happen if a Gadget is used on the object or person aimed at.
Gadgets cannot be used forever, however. They use up two kinds of resources: Electric and Chemical.
Understanding how these Gadgets works is key to becoming England's greatest spy.
