Background: Starting out as a Scotland Yard investigator, he joined the Secret Service as a 00 agent during the post-9/11 era. Played a key role in Operation Knightfall when tasked to capture or kill three rogue 00 agents.
Past the suspension of the 00 branch, he spent a decade as special advisor to the Joint Intelligence Committee before taking on the role of training director to a new generation of 00s.
Assessment: Veteran field operative and skilled investigator, dutiful, pragmatic, and unsentimental, follows orders without question. Meticulous, perceptive and focused. Crafty and discreet but brutally efficient when the need arises.
