Questline Summary
A rich merchant whose family's fortunes were once stolen by thieves. He is a collector of rare items and he will expand the selection in his shop when you give him the boss fight rewards. With each item, he also gives you a bit of lore regarding the boss it is tied to. He will also start selling pieces of Divine Gifts if you return him his family heirloom.

Walkthrough
- 1. Interact with Tao Qing. He will talk about going to Shu Sanctum and selling his wares there. He implies that if you retrieve his family heirloom, he will reward you handsomely.
- 2. Once at Shu Sanctum, you can give him the following items to expand his catalogue of wares.
