Questline Summary
His quest starts with helping him find a cure for his brother. Later on, his things get stolen by the rebels and you help him get them back. Depending on what you choose to do while giving him back his stuff will enable a boss fight with him near the endgame. For the rest of the game, he desires to be able to help people somehow with his strength.

Walkthrough
- 1. Talk to Nian Suichang and help him in Narrow Pass
If you did not help him the next time you see him will be in Reverent Temple instead of Shu Sanctum
- 2. After defeating Feathered Priest Lu Bingzhang you can give Nian suichang the Mercurial Blood
- 3. After giving the Mercurial Blood, Nian Suichang will moved to the second floor of Reverent Temple to his brother
- 4. After defeating Commander Honglan he will be pondering near the locked door at the left side of the Reverent Temple
- 5.Nian Suichang will be near the tower at Hillswatch and when going up to the Snowy Passage Shrine, theTattered Packwill be located at the left side, pick it up and give it to him
- 6. Choose to expose Nian Suichang to receive an emote and he will be available as a summon for the Ai Nengqi boss fight
- 7. Nian Suichang will be located near the boss area of Ai Nengqi and after defeating Ai Nengqi talk to him and he will tell you that if he meets you the next time he will challenge you to a fight because he calls you a worthy opponent
- 8. Nian Suichang will be located at the Refugee Camp where you will have to talk to him and chooseNothingto proceed
- 9. After defeating Bo Sorcerer follow the path into the refugee camp, Nian Suichang will be near the bridge going to the Camp
- 10. After defeating South General Liu Wenxiu, Nian Suichang will be in the wooden bridge and in front of the locked door leading to the refugee camp talk to him so that he will be available as a summon for the Fierce Tiger boss fight
- 11. After defeating Zhang Xianzhong, Nian suichang will be located near Storyteller camp talk to him to progress his questline
- 12. Once you are teleported at Worship's Rise in Ruins, Nian Suichang will be located to the cliff where there is a big rock, speak to him and he will fight you if you chose toexposehim, if you did not choose to expose him butremain silentinstead go to a shrine and enter a dream to reload the area and after going back to the area Nian Suichang will be gone and in his place will be the Champion set armor, the Sword of Judgement and Zhanlu Sword.
