General Boss Tips
・Bring extra heals like Steamed Bunny Bun and Raven Pills.
・You can use Aurum Feathers for buffs.
・On your first encounter, observe the movements of your enemy first. Remember to be patient and be on the defense.
・Listen for possible sound cues for their attacks.
・Don't forget to temper your weapon for its additional effects!
Beginner's Notes
Demon of Obsession is a faster, more aggressive Nightmare Demon with bait-heavy combos and wide coverage. Most spear swings are parryable—except the heavy pierce. Safest punishes are after the spear slam or during its lightning cast (can be interrupted with a heavy). The jump attack can lead to a swipe, kick, or explosion—all reactable. At around 60% HP, it starts mixing up more spells and weapon swaps: expect lightning bow, blood spear, and four to five slow blue greatsword slashes. The blue and golden slashes are parryable only if you’re close. Yin-yang laser spell ends with a punish window as it floats back down. Don’t overchase—let it come to you.
