General Boss Tips
・Bring extra heals like Steamed Bunny Bun and Raven Pills.
・You can use Aurum Feathers for buffs.
・On your first encounter, observe the movements of your enemy first. Remember to be patient and be on the defense.
・Listen for possible sound cues for their attacks.
・Don't forget to temper your weapon for its additional effects!
Beginner's Notes
Most of Ming General – Liu Cheng’en's attacks are simple and telegraphed, like his jumping spear smash and spinning attacks. Dodge sideways or toward him after his jumping attack to land a heavy hit. In phase two, he’ll vanish in a snowy whirlwind and leap at you—dodge forward diagonally, then punish him after his follow-up slashes. His other attacks include a spinning kick and a double stab, both easy to avoid with some patience. His attacks always comes in combos so keep dodging.
