Questline Summary
It is unclear what her goal is but every time you meet, she offers you a Plumed Branch. By the last few times you meet her, you get a better sense of who she is and what she wants.

Walkthrough
1 While exploring Palace Hill, she is near the mechanism where the Buddha Statue is meant to be slotted. She will give you a Plumed Branch if you talk to her.
2 Once you uncover the elevator at Snowfall Palace and reach the second floor, she is by the altar. She will give you a Plumed Branch.
3 En route to the Altar Gate, she is standing on the long bridge. She will give you a Plumed Branch upon intertaction.
4 If you decide to go to Bai Mansion, she will be there, giving sentiments about Bai Kru. She will give you a Plumed Branch if you talk to her.
5 Right before facing the Dragon Emperor, she is by the entrance to the boss fight. She looks injured and some of her intentions are revealed. She will give you a Plumed Branch.
SPOILERS
Doing the following step is crucial if you wish to have the "Dream's Sweet Deceit" ending.
6 If you answer "The wheel turns anew" at the Mystery Gate, you will be transported to a secret area where you can fight her as the Demon of Obsession. She is only available to fight if you have also completed the questlines of He Youzai, the White-Robed Elder, and Fang Yao.
