Questline Summary
Mahalgaes is initially looking for his missing medicine kit. He will then tell you of his lost comrade Buglio and he wonders of his fate. Later on, he escapes to the Annalum with the rest of the refugees.

Walkthrough
- 1. Interact with the Abandoned Letter near the entrance of the refugee camp and near the location of Fang Yao & He Youzai.
- 2. Once you reach the Refugee Camp talk to him and choose agree to receive thePray Emoteand speak to him again and give him the Medicine Case and he will also ask you to findBuglio
- 3. After defeating Bo Sorcerer follow the path to the right and go straight, you will find Buglio speak to him and choose any dialogue he will say the same thing regardless
- 4. After talking to Buglio, Buglio will move near the entrance of Fierce Tiger Zhang Xianzhong boss fight and near his location will be the Sacred Token Item pick it up.
- 5. After picking up the Sacred Token return to Magalhaes and give him the token and he will give you Arnica Ointment.
- 6. His next location will be Annalum in Worship's Rise in Ruin, specifically near the Annalum Shrine speak to him and he will give you another Arnica Ointment.
- 7. His next location is the garden of the Palace where Boatman was digging a grave, he is alive but does not want to talk.
