・On your first encounter, observe the movements of your enemy first. Remember to be patient and be on the defense.
・Listen for possible sound cues for their attacks.
・Don't forget to temper your weapon for its additional effects!
Beginner's Notes
Open with a heavy attack behind the Bo Magus as she floats down—it staggers her. When she floats away, she’ll cast projectiles like spears, feathers, or fireballs, so close in quickly. After teleporting, there’s usually a brief pause where she’s vulnerable. If gold ghosts appear, get one hit in and dodge away. Her corruption spell starts with a slow dance and staff spin—sidestep immediately to avoid the explosions.
At around 65% HP, she starts phase two by casting a purple AOE—run far. When the golden sword lands, count to five before dodging the blast, then rush in. She might summon grabbing minions or swing a glowing orange greatsword three to four times—dodge each one. If her staff glows blue or she says “divine judgment,” run; she’ll cast three ice blasts and summon a shield you need to break before damaging her again.
Throughout both phases, stay mid-range, dodge diagonally or sideways, and aim to get behind her with heavy attacks to break her poise.
