Main Quest 4: Breaking the Siege of Kvatch Walkthrough
・Talk to Savlian Matius.
・Enter Oblivion and enter the Blood Feast (the Sigil Keep
・Go to Reapers Sprawl, find the prisoner, and kill the keeper to get the Sigil Keep Key.
・Keep moving forward to the upper levels of the Blood Feast and activate the Sigil Stone at the top. The gate will close and you'll teleport back to Kvatch.
・Help Savlian clear out the remaining Daedra and rescue the survivors.
・Talk to Martin and ask him to follow you to Weynon Priory.
