Complete the "Following a Lead" Quest and talk to Arquen.

Honor Thy Mother Objectives

・Speak with Arquen between 12 AM and 3 AM and head to the Crypt of the Night Mother with the remaining Black Hand members.
・Kill the traitor.
・Talk to the Night Mother.
・Head back to the Sanctuary and talk to Arquen.

Honor Thy Mother Notes

・You won't be able to return to the Crypt of the Night Mother once you leave, so make sure to grab any treasures you want while you're inside.
