How to Start Hermaeus Mora
・Go to the Shrine of Hermaeus Mora, northwest of Cloud Ruler Temple in the Jerall Mountains.
Hermaeus Mora Objective
・Hermaeus Mora will give you a Black Soul Gem and the spell Mora’s Soul Trap.
・Use Mora’s Soul Trap (not any other soul trap) on a living NPC (not a creature) and kill them to capture their soul.
・Repeat this for one NPC from each of the ten playable races.
・Once all souls are collected, return to the shrine.
・Hermaeus Mora will reward you with the Oghma Infinium.

You must complete all 14 Daedric quests.
