How to Start Sheogorath
・Talk to Ferul Ravel.
・Offer a lesser soul gem, a head of lettuce, and yarn to the statue of Sheogorath.
Sheogorath Objective
・Go to the settlement of Border Watch.
・Speak to the shaman, Ri'Bassa, in the Border Watch Inn to learn about K'Sharra prophecy.
・Take the Olroy Cheese inside the display case in the Inn.
・Cook it outside the Inn and wait.
・The rats will come and Ri'Bassa will place rat poison on the ground.
・Take the rat poison after the rats die.
・Put the rat poison on the Feeding Trough in the Sheep's pen.
・Wait for Sheogorath to create the Plague of Fear.
・Return to the shrine.
