How to Start Sanguine
・Talk to Engorm.
・Offer a Cyrodilic Brandy at the statue.
Sanguine Objective
・Go to the castle in Leyawiin and find the Countess.
・Cast a spell of Stark Reality on her.
・You will get arrested. But do not resist arrest, citizen!
・Serve your sentence and return to the shrine. Sanguine will give back what you lost.

You can buy Cyrodilic Brandy in the Main Ingredient shop in the Imperial City Market District.
