How to Start Azura
・Talk to Mels Maryon and he will tell you how to summon Azura.
・As instructed, offer the Glow Dust to the shrine between 5AM and 7AM or 5PM and 7PM.
Azura Objective
・Follow Azura's instructions.
・Go to the Gutted MIne.
・Release the followers from their vampiric existence by killing them.
・Return to the shrine and be rewarded with Azura's Star.
Azura Notes
There are nearby Will-o-the-Wisps that drop Glow Dusts.
