Namira Walkthrough guide

・Talk to Hjolfrodi the Harrier with a personality level less than 20.

・Receive Namira's spell.
・Go to Anga and cast Namira's spell on the priests and let the Forgotten Ones finish them off.
・Go back to Namira's shrine.

To lower your personality, you can buy cheap wines from Inns (or steal them - I won't judge). You can also remove your clothes (again, no judgment).
