Through the Fringe of Madness Walkthrough guide

・Speak to Jayred Ice-Veins – Find him in his house or the tavern. He wants to kill the Gatekeeper and help retrieve bones from the Gardens of Flesh and Bone.
・Retrieve Gatekeeper Bones – Fight Shambles and let Jayred collect the bones to make powerful Gatekeeper Bone Arrows.
・Wait for the Arrows – Return to Jayred in a few hours to get the arrows.
・Talk to Nanette Don – She tells you that Relmyna’s tears harm the Daedra, which can be used to poison the arrows for extra damage on the Gatekeeper.
・Sneak into Relmyna’s Room – Read the note and follow her at night to find her tears, then squeeze them into a bottle.
・Visit Jayred – Give him the tears to poison the arrows.
・Go to the Gates of Madness – Use the poisoned arrows on the Gatekeeper and kill him. Optionally, bring Jayred to help.
・Take the Keys – After the Gatekeeper is dead, take the keys to Mania and Dementia.
