How to Start My Brother's Keeper & The Lonely Wanderer
Complete "The Assassinated Man" Quest and talk to Ocheeva.
My Brother's Keeper & The Lonely Wanderer Objectives
・Talk to Ocheeva about the contract.
・Head to the Imperial City and find out where Faelian lives (Tiber Septim Hotel in Talos Plaza). Talk to the people there to gather more information.
・Make sure there are no witnesses and kill Faelian in a secure location to get the bonus reward.
・Return to Ocheeva.
My Brother's Keeper & The Lonely Wanderer Notes
・You can talk to Atraena in Tiber Septim Hotel and raise her disposition (at least 50). She will tell you that Faelian visits Lorkmir's house in the Elven Gardens District (11:-00AM to 5:00PM).
・You can also try this with Augusta Calidia, but she'll just send you to speak with Atraena.
