・Speak to Sheogorath to receive the Summon Haskill spell.
・Summon Haskill to proceed with the quest.
・Sheogorath explains that Jyggalag is coming for the Greymarch.
・Meet Lord Thadon in the Halcyon Conservatory after 9 a.m.
・Talk to Thadon, learn about the Chalice of Reversal, and begin the quest "Addiction."
・Meet Lady Syl in her throne room during the day.
・Speak to Lady Syl, who sends you to Herdir, starting the quest "The Lady of Paranoia."
・Complete both quests: "Addiction" and "The Lady of Paranoia."
・Return to Sheogorath.
