・Reach the quest location
- Head over to Farm Town
- Go to the hillside near the dock
- Find the mysterious figure that sells things
- Note that they only accept cash!!!
・Submit 1 Vodka
General Tips
・The mysterious figure is actually the Mysterious Merchant! Check the area with the two cargo containers arranged in an almost upside-L shape.
