In the Warehouse Area, there's often a vicious dog roaming around. Its master is a sniper—always scheming and striking from the shadows. If you spot that dog, you'd better hide immediately.
Friends from Ground Zero also told me about another guy who's been showing up there with a dog. Sometimes, the poor puppy is even strapped with a massive crate.
It's a clear sign of moral decay—this guy is even worse than Lordon.
