Recover the Tar Collection Device from Near F6 Death Stranding 2 Walkthrough Guide

The color of tar changes depending on the area where it erupts out of the ground. I'd like to make use of this as part of my therapeutic approach, but I've got little tar left to work with. I deployed a collection device the other day, and it should be full by now. Can someone go pick it up for me?
