The diaries in which I wrote down all my thoughts about rebuilding Australia were stolen by the Bandits. Those philistines had no idea what they were looking at, so they threw them away. They're an important historical record, I hope someone can go fetch them for me.

・Head to the marked location and pick up Old Oz's Discarded Diaries.
・Manage the lost cargo and go to The Government's Base.
・Deliver the items and report back for your likes.
Notes
The Lost Cargo is near the Western Environmental Observatory. You can pick it up while doing "Order 10: Liberate the Western Environmental Observatory from the Brigands".
