Objectives
・Go to the location where you'll need to build your structure. It's right next to the Western Environmental Observatory.
・Equip your PCC Lv. 1 to construct a Generator. The Aid Request is completed once it is built.
Notes
Generators are wind-powered structures that help charge Sam's battery and other vehicle batteries within range. They're also useful in combatting nearby human or mech enemies with their electrical blast.
