・Head to the Lost Cargo's Location.
・Pick up the Necrobiote Collection Box.
・Deliver the item to Leon Easton at the East Fort Knot (F4) Facility.

Once you reach a 2-Star Connection Level with East Fort Knot (F4), you will get a Road Upgrade Firmware Update. Auto-pavers can now be used to upgrade roads to Level 2.
